Henry started recruiting in 2016. He has always recruited into social housing, primarily at the senior level. Henry has grown teams that have supported associations across IT, Data, Development, Regeneration, Asset Management, Finance and Executive Search. He loves the social housing sector, which is why Recruit with Purpose exists!
Henry’s role as CEO is to oversee business operations and work with associations to deliver complex recruitment solutions that are fit for purpose and keep attracting candidates into the sector.
James started recruiting in 2014. James has worked with the most advanced technology companies across the globe finding world class talent that makes an impact.
James role as Director of Customer Experience is to work with existing clients to ensure the highest level of service is delivered. He is also working across the UK to identify new housing associations that need support with hiring across Technology, Digital, Data, Transformation and Executive Search.
Ben has been recruiting since 2021. He has worked exclusively on technology, digital and data hires across a range of public and private sector clients across the UK
Ben leads our permanent division. His specific area of focus is working with housing associations in the North of the UK with technology, digital and transformation hires
Bronte has been recruiting since 2022. Bronte has always worked on interim hires, in sectors such as education, construction and technology.
Bronte leads our senior interim and change function, supporting housing association across the UK with transformation hires. She works on association wide strategic roles through to specific project based needs.
Alex has been recruiting since 2023. He has always placed technology candidates across a range of sectors across the UK including, public sector, healthcare and consultancy
Alex now leads our interim housing management systems and core application desk in the north of the UK. He works with Associations on complex implementations through to more BAU work.
James has been recruiting since 2016. Throughout his career James has built high performance interim teams across a rage of sectors, including public and private.
James now leads our interim team, providing expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients on complex legislation. Beyond managing, James is also recruiting specifically to the interim housing management systems and core applications market in the South of the UK.
James started recruiting in 2021. He has experience working roles across the UK and USA in commercial sectors such as banking and insurance.
James focuses on permanent hires across the South of the UK for Housing Associations. His main focus is Technology, Digital, and Transformation
Alex started recruiting in 2019. He has experience working roles across the UK and USA for industries such as IT, Technology, Engineering & Space.
Alex leads our interim data function, working with Housing Associations across the UK with day rate contractors and statement of work assignments.
Tommy started recruiting in 2018. Throughout his career his main focus has been Engineering, Technology and Data
Tommy now looks after our permanent data function, placing with Housing Associations across the UK from Analyst level through to Director.
Jade has been working in recruitment operations since 2015. She has had hands on experience with building a start-up recruitment business governance and operations function from the ground up to a multi-national agency with over 200 staff.
Jade is in charge of all, governance, operations and Business process, ensuring Recruit with Purpose keep ahead of the curve and have market leading processes.
