Henry started recruiting in 2016. He has always recruited into social housing, primarily at the senior level. Henry has grown teams that have supported associations across IT, Data, Development, Regeneration, Asset Management, Finance and Executive Search. Henry’s role as CEO is to oversee business operations and work with associations to deliver complex recruitment solutions that are fit for purpose and keep attracting candidates into the sector.
